The Pigot coat of arms (three picks). Richard Pigot (judge) who was made Sergeant of Law to Edward IV. | Another winged angel. Fragments. Elizabeth Howard, wife of John de Vere, 12th Earl of Oxford. Her son and husband were both beheaded on Tower Hill in 1461 on a charge of corresponding with Margaret of Anjou, wife of Henry VI. The de Vere seat is Castle Hedingham, Essex. The coat of arms of Haugh. John Haugh (judge). |
