Owing to the beauty of the windows in Holy Trinity - I decided to photograph every window at high resolution and share them with you here.
So, you can click on any of the windows on this page to see a larger resolution image and more details about each of the windows.
The windows are numbered in the same manner as the excellent guide by S R Knott available in the church, from where much of the information presented here was gleaned.
The north aisle contains a range of windows containing one of the finest collections of medieval glass in the country. The glass was originally in the clerestory, out of reach of the puritan vandals who smashed most other medieval glass throughout the land.
Window 13 contains clear glass.
The north and south windows over the high altar contain some stained glass, including the Star of David (no pictures).
The 7th window down from the rood screen contains the Hanningfield coats of arms (no picture).
