St Paul, St Paul's Road, Chichester, West Sussex - 16th July 2007

The building was designed by Joseph Butler and erected in 1836/7.  It is build of flint with stone dressings and is in the Early English style.  The West tower was reduced to the first stage in about 1953 owing to concerns about its stability.

Here is the west end.  I don't like the way the bases of the lancets have been blocked to allow for a reredos or similar inside.
