Frederick's family is found on the 1901 census for 20 Upper Street, Tunbridge Wells aged 38, born Tunbridge Wells. This allows his birth date to be calculated as 1863. A search for Frederick Quinnell's born in Tunbridge Wells in the 1881 census only reveals one of the right age.
