The least altered part f this church is the north transept which has a barrel roof similar to what would have been there when built. The south transept has a window installed in the early 14th century when the Lord of the Manor of Knighton turned it into a Chantry Chapel.

The organ is by Peter Conacher & Co of Huddersfield. It was renovated in 1950 in memory of George and Ada Sidford and family and again in 1973 in memory of Luke Barter when a 15th stop was added.

The chancel has an east window given by the widow of Sidney Herbert and by fine windows of the four evangelists. The roof has been raised at some point in its history.
Here is a picture looking into the chancel from the nave - notice that the bells are rung from the crossing and the text above the arch - "Love the brotherhood, Fear God, Honour the King."

There are six bells in the tower, the last one having been added in 1659. The earliest bell is the sixth or tenor bell which is earlier than 1347 and has never been recast. The Latin inscription on the bell reads "Andrews bells banish profanity by their ringing."
