Margaret Peyton, wife of Thomas Peyton, daughter of Sir John Barnard of Isleham, Cambridgeshire.

Top two lights contain St John the Evangelist (holding a chalice) next to St Andrew.

Saint supporting unknown coat of arms.

St Andrew (with his cross).

Coat of arms of Edward the Confessor. 

St Edmund.  The abbot at his feet is thought to be Richard Hengham of Bury St Edmunds Abbey who died 1479.

St Peter holding the keys of heaven.

Coat of arms of Peyton/?.

Thomas Peyton, High Sheriff of Cambridge and Huntingdon during the reign of Henry VI.
