Sadly, although we were staying in Itton Court, next door, the church was locked for the whole of our visit with no information immediately obvious in the porch regarding key holders.

The tower and chancel arch are probably 14th century, as is much of the south porch. The church was restored by Henry Woodyer in 1869. Sorry for the wire across the picture!
