Penshurst Church has its own website here.
The font is very unusually painted in bright colours with eight crests - St Thomas Becket, Canterbury Cathedral, Sacred Monograms, Henry Rex and Instruments of the Passion.
The Walker organ is a very fine instrument, and looks impressive too! The stained glass window below is the Hausberg Memorial Window.
This tapestry hangs behind the altar in the St Luke chapel, and has a suitably medical theme. The centre panel of the carpet contains a quotation from the Greek New Testament (Colossians 4, 14) and can be translated "Greetings to you from Luke, the beloved Physician". The Penshurst Church website has more information about this tapestry, here.
The Kent Archaeological Society has interesting early pictures of this church, here, together with a drawing of the font.
