A view of the east end from the church yard.
A view of the north side, the elevation visible from the road.
The foundation stone was laid on 5th June 1851, the consecration of the church following on 13th March 1852. The stone is located on the north east butress of the chancel.
A final view of the west end including the small bell cote and clock.
Disappointingly, despite an arranged sponsored cycle ride (in aid of church preservation!) in the area on the date of our visit, this church was found locked shut - what a lamentable and inexcusable welcome!
