St Philip & St James, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire - 20th June 2005

This church, in Painswick Road, was built in 1879 - 1882.  It replaced the original church of St Philip on the same site which had been built by Edward Shellard in 1844 (dem. 1879).  The architect was a local man, John Middleton.
