The windows are photographed starting with the west end of the south aisle and working around the church in an anti-clockwise direction.

This first one depicts Anna and Simeon and is in memory of Samuel Charlotte PIX 1879.

The one below has the inscriptions "Remember ye in the Lord, Capt. Halliburton Laurie, K. O. Regt. who fell in S. Africa A. D. 1901; also Lt. Cot. George Laurei, R. I. Rifles, who fell at Nevve Chapelle A. D. 1915." and "Remember ye in the Lord, Lt. Col. Charles Bradford Brown, Kings Regt. who entered into rest at 'Domons', 6th of October A. D. 1909".

The small window depicting the Virgin has the inscription "Of your charity pray for the soul of Arthur Sidney Haynes artist who passed to life eternal Farthings in this parish 6th June 1931. This window is dedicated to his memory by his wife and son."

The window depicting the nativity is above the choir vestry and depicts the birth of Christ in a Sussex farmyard setting.

The large east window celebrates the life and work of Bishop Gregory of the Seychelles and Mauritius, who retired to Northiam and died here in 1927.

The large window in the Frewen chapel consists of heraldic shields of the Frewen family and is very attractive.

There are small fragments of medieval glass in the north aisle windows which are thought to have been brought to the church from the chapel at Brede Place. One window contains the coat of arms of England and France, while the other is supposed to celebrate a marriage in the Oxenbridge family of that house.
