This tiny building is situated in a tiny hamlet, Blackboys, which is between Framfield and Heathfield. The modern window frames do little to improve it's appearance!
In October 2004 this building was for sale, so is presumably now closed.

According to a tablet set in the wall, the building was erected in 1883. A second plaque declares that the site was given by Louis Huth Esq.

This internal view was taken from the estate agent's particulars.
